Our experience with Insulators Home Exteriors was GREAT from start to finish! We found them in one of the little neighborhood type fliers with a coupon -- something that often times isn't a good sign. But this was a lucky break for us! Bob, the owner, came out himself to see what our job would entail. We were looking to put in a sidewalk from our driveway to the house. During the days of installation, there were several people who put time and effort into the project. Each of them was nice, courteous, respectful, down to earth and a skilled professional. Their work and work ethic was of the highest quality. i dare say that they may have been THE BEST CONTRACTORS with whom we have every worked! They did everything on their own without having to be asked including cleaning up. They did a job of which anyone would be proud to claim. Our outside area was left in the same condition as when they arrived. They even hosed down the spots on the driveway where their piles of sand and stone had been setting. My husband and i have the utmost respect for this company and would hire them again in an instant should we have another project. We HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a company who excels at both customer service and quality of product. Another thing for which we were both grateful and impressed was the patience they exercised as we struggled to decide upon the right brick for our project. All in all, this company is a top notch outfit from start to finish!

We are writing this letter to express our gratitude for a big job well done.

In the past, we have used your company for roofing, brick and patio work. This time, your company completed a total second floor renovation including a brand new addition with two bedrooms and a bathroom, completely remodeled the downstairs bathroom and installed new gutters, downspouts and siding on the house. It looks great. In fact, in many respects, it looks like a brand new house!

The workers were extremely professional. They worked well and easily with us during the entire process. We felt that everything possible was done to ensure the least disruption to our lives, schedules, etc.

We especially want to complement you on two of your employees: Jerit, for working with us to identify what was possible and Bruce, the on-site supervisor, who did a super job. We also want to thank you for personally coming to our house, sitting down with us and going over plans, options and pricing. We can honestly say that although some of the work outlined in the contracts was generic, our handshake with you and your company’s past performance sealed the deal. Your company’s subsequent performance on the project (always willing to go the extra mile, even if it was not written on paper) confirmed our previous confidence and out choice. In every respect, Insulators Home Exteriors exceeded our expectation, in terms of quality and price.

Dear Bob,

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the outstanding roofing job your company recently completed on our house.

As you know, we had many problems to address (i.e., wood replacement, protection of leaf-guard gutters, etc.). We also had flower beds around the entire house and porch. It was not an easy job. We must say we had NO damage and the clean-up was quick and efficient. Your company did an outstanding job in protecting our home and our finished roof looks beautiful.

You also kept us informed regarding the scheduling and delivery of supplies. Thank you for your professionalism.

"Insulators had done windows form my neighbor, and they were excellent, so I called them. They got me an estimate quickly and though they were backed up, they knew our baby was due soon and got to us quickly. They replaced nine odd-sized windows in our end unit town-house in ONE DAY. They cleaned up perfectly and the house is now quieter and warmer then ever. Nice people to do business with, too."
